"Space Beret" - A Top-Down Sci-Fi Shooter

"Space Beret" is a top-down sci-fi shooter game developed by Amaterasu Software. It offers two game modes: Campaign and Survival. In Campaign mode, players must complete stages populated with various monsters. Survival mode challenges players to resist waves of enemies to achieve the highest score. The game's sound is dubstep, which perfectly captures the retro sci-fi movie atmosphere.

The gameplay of "Space Beret" is exciting and challenging. Players can pick up various weapons and upgrades to help them survive the game's trials. The game features four weapons: Assault Rifle, Shotgun, Minigun, and Gauss Rifle. Players can upgrade each weapon by picking it up again, enhancing its attributes. Additionally, players can collect power-ups such as attacking and defensive drones, shields, and many more.

Throughout the game, players will face hordes of various enemies, each with different strengths and weaknesses. Some of the enemies in "Space Beret" are Scarabei, Crawler, and Centurion. Scarabei is the most common enemy in the game - small, weak, but very fast. Crawler is a medium-sized charging enemy that is especially susceptible to Gauss Rifle. Centurion is a twisted synergy of organic and mechanical, a very durable enemy that shoots projectiles from a powerful railgun.
